1- TicketNetwork Environmental Assessment: TicketNetwork hired a local firm, Rema Ecolological Services, LLC to develop an environmental assessment in support of its concert application. It contains a lot of useful information on the Tankerhoosen Watershed in the 74 page report. There is a detail study with photos and map locations of endangered species in the area. There are also aerial photos of the area before TicketNetwork began clearing trees and brush from its concert site.

2- Noise: Vernon does not have its own Noise Ordinance. Communities that do have their own ordinance usually make changes only to hours and decibel levels. Vernon is considering its own ordinance.
